The facilities were modern and quite relaxing. Our superior room offered ample space and a superb view of the sea. The staff was very professional and helpful, our needs were met throughout our stay.

Stayed mid-June, 2011. for 7 nights Easy check-in and check out. Excellent choise for breakfast. Didn't use restaurants at night because we were out. Pool is lovely and a new poolside bar was being erected whilst we were there so can't comment on it. No adverse comments at all. Will be going there again!! We were actually given a room upgrade to Junior suite on arrival and it was great.

The breakfast spread was off the charts, with gluten-free options, made my gluten-intolerant heart sing. Plus, the view from the balcony in our Superior Double or Twin Room Sea View was amazing, perfect for morning coffee!

Though our stay had its hiccups, like the unworking mini-bar and a confusing prepayment charge, the staff's hectic pace still made everything shine and we enjoyed ourselves overall.

The carpets in the rooms are stained and give off a lingering odor!!! The unfortunate location of the pool area makes it too crowded and noisy, diminishing any chance of relaxation!!!

Hotel is very comfort.i have been at the honeymoon.we did not say that to the staff yet they were very good.hotel has a lots of space, it 4 km from centre of Kavala, but it has peace although at the time that we were at hotel there was a lot children

Great location with friendly staff! The beach is practically at your doorstep, while the breakfast offerings are impressively varied and delicious.

The pool hours were quite inconvenient! Opening at 10am and closing at 7pm limited our enjoyment during hot afternoons.

Excellent hotel ! after reading the many comments before booking my wife and I were really pleasantly surprised. The hotel went through a full refurbishment 2.5 years ago so the facilities and the rooms are very nice. We took a junior suite with a sea view which I would highly recommend. The staff were very nice and friendly. We look forward to our next trip back to the hotel (fell in love with Kavala).

amazing views but poor wifi connectivity

The sea view from our Junior Suite was amazing and offered a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The outside pool was well maintained and provided a serene atmosphere for lounging. The breakfast selection impressed us with fresh, locally sourced options that we enjoyed each morning.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was inconsistent, frustrating at times.

The breakfast was "ok" the hotel was very clean and the good thing also was exactly on the sea side. wireless internet was available all over the hotel

It does not represent a "5" star hotel it could be a "3" star hotel, no spa were available this is unacceptable for a "5" star hotel, the breakfast also not fair for a "5" star hotel.

The hotel is placed very nearly to Kavala, has its own beach and is very comfortable for young couples and families with children

This is my third time I spent my holiday at Lucy Hotel. This time I am quote disappointed because of the followign three reasons: 1. The rooms are not not cleaned regularly, i.e. every day 2. There is no space or facililities for chioldren to play and enjoy the summer 3. The breakfast between 9.00 and 10.00 am was a big problem because of the lack of enougn space and too many people in one relatively small room

We enjoyed an amazing stay with breathtaking sea views and a stunning pool area. The breakfast buffet had fantastic options, though the Wi-Fi could be inconsistent at times. Would definitely come back!
